Terms and Conditions

  • When hiring goods from 'The Den' you are accepting the terms and conditions listed on this page, please make yourself aware of them.

  • There is a non-refundable booking fee of £50 which is included with the hire price.

  • If a booking has been made and you are later notified of the excess deliver fee (if applicable) and you wish to cancel the appointment as a result, you will be given a full refund, excluding the £50 non-refundable booking fee. Regardless of method of payment.

  • Please ensure the venue is accessible and is appropriate and adequate to erect the hired itrem. We recommend a flat, even grass or concrete surface measuring larger than the item you are hiring. If a booking is made and on arrival we deem. the area not suitable we reserve the right to charge the booking and delivery fee.

  • During the period of hire, the customer will be responsible for the safe keeping of all items hired and all contents, and will be held liable for any costs if damaged or stolen. The Den Gazebo Hire reserve the right to refuse sale if they deem the property not secure for overnight hire. A full refund will be issued if this is the case excluding the booking fee and/or delivery fee if we have arrived at the property.

  • If a booking has been made and you have cancelled without notifying The Den Event Specialists and we arrive at your address for hire, we reserve the right to charge the delivery fee.

  • Any equipment that is damaged, has been clearly misused or is excessively stained or soiled beyond what would be expected for a normal hire, then we reserve the right to apply a cleaning and maintenance fee.

  • In the event of adverse weather conditions such as heavy rain or high winds we offer a full refund.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at any time where there is a potential health and safety risk to any party.

  • All hire equipment is for private use only and not for rehire.

  • There must be no BBQ  or smoking used within the vicinity of any products rented by The Den under any circumstances.

Our Website Rights & Uses 

  • You must not in any way copy, reproduce or use any content of this website without the owners permission.

  • We may change the content of our website at any time.

  • There is no guarantee that this website will always be available or be free from error or virus.

  • All information that you submit should be accurate.

  • We will not be liable for any loss or damage affecting your device as a result of any harmful material while using our website.

Cancellation Policy 

We may refuse your order or cancel your order if we decide it is reasonable to do so. This may include circumstances where:

  • We are unable to obtain authorised payment or the payment process is incomplete; or

  • We identify a product or pricing error on the website; or

  • You fail to meet any criteria for eligibility of purchase which we may impose from time to time; namely we do not deliver to your postcode (in which case a full refund will be refunded for the hired goods); or

  • We suspect that your order is related to fraudulent activity; or

  • You fail to submit all necessary and relevant details to allow us to fulfil the order; or

  • Goods are unavailable or out of stock

  • We may contact you by phone or email to verify details before we are able to process and despatch Your order, or we may be unable to accept it.

  • The goods shown for hire on this website are intended for private, consumer use and you must not resell goods or offer them as a commercial enterprise.

Refund Policy

  • We offer a full refund for cancellation of our hires where stated above.

  • However we have a £50 non refundable booking fee.

  • We work with a third party banking system to process our transactions, so a full refund when requested, will be returned in line with their policies as soon as possible to the bank account you used.

  • We encourage anyone when cancelling to notify The Den Event Specialists by email, text or phone to do so at least 48hrs before the hire is due to start. This allows us to re-schedule our work staff.

  • If we are not notified about a cancellation within this time frame and TheDenGazeboHire arrive at your location, we will still offer a full refund to our customers however, we will still charge the delivery fee + booking fee. You are agreeing to this when hiring any items from TheDenGazeboHire.

  • You can cancel by sending an e-mail to thedengazebohire@gmail.com or sending a cancellation message by phone to  07593284026

  • You should keep evidence of having given notice of cancellation, such as an e-mail receipt.

Privacy Policy

Important Please Read

  • When opening up The Den Event Specialists website (thedenhire.com), you will be met with a cookie banner, highlighting our cooking policy and if you would like to ‘accept or decline’. Accepting our cookie policy allows us to track how many online viewers we receive and where we could improve our services.

  • Our website occasionally uses built in analytics from WIX which uses aggregated data, that is data used for the purposes of statistical analysis. The purpose of this data allows us to see a rough demographic area of where people our visiting our website from, which platform they used and the device they used (by computer or phone or other) to visit the site. This data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity and is not considered personal data by law.

  • We at The Den Event Specialists physically DO NOT store any personal information if thats emails or names or any other personal data. When you hire from The Den Event Specialists minimal personal data such as name, email and address are required and will be stored electronically on our systems, in order for us to schedule our bookings and to know where we are delivering to. This information will only be retained as long as it necessary to do so.

  • We never sell or share information with third parties wanting to access your information for advertising purposes, nor will we ever sign you up/send spam emails to your email address provided, no circumstances will change this.
